BD Director
Job description
Manage a sales team of eight people and promote Chengdu and Tianfu Software Park in China and abroad as preferred location for establishing on- or off-shore software development centers, call centers and shared services centers.
Duties
- Manage a team of eight people
- Coach and train BD/Sales team
- Approach and follow-up with potential customers (foreign and /or domestic companies)
Selection criteria
- Bachelor degree
- 28 years old and above
- At least 5 years experience in IT/software industry and/or in sales/consulting
- Native Chinese speaker with excellent written and oral English or non-Chinese citizen with excellent written and oral English and good oral Chinese
- Experience abroad and/or in real estate is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Teamwork oriented and outgoing
- Detail oriented, organized and self-starter
