Chengdu Tianfu Software Park was officially launched in 2005. With over 5 years of fast development, the park has attracted over 130 companies (April 2010) grouped in the following five segments:
1. ITO/BPO (IBM, Accenture, Wipro, VanceInfo and VXI)
2. Software development (Huawei, Alcatel-Lucent, Nokia-Siemens and NEC)
3. Digital entertainment (Ubisoft, Tencent, Perfect World and Alibaba)
4. Information security (Symantec and Dadong Networks)
5. Back office (DHL, Maersk, Damco, Lafarge and Manulife)
