On August 27, in response to the requests of employees of companies in the Park, Chengdu Tianfu Software Park Co., Ltd. initiated the course of "FPA Personality Color Analysis" which was given to the audience by Ms. Li Ling, a specially invited trainer of the trainers' database of the Software Park and Director of Human Resources of Alcatel-Lucent Sichuan Bell Communication System Co., Ltd. As early as in 2010, the Park organized two training sessions of "FPA Personality Color Analysis" and this training still attracted lots of participants this year.

According to "FPA Personality Color Analysis", there are four "personality colors", namely, red, yellow, blue and green. Red and yellow are considered to be "colors with high energy" and signify outgoing personality; and blue and green are "cold colors" signifying introverted personality. Those of red or green personality are concerned about people while those of blue or yellow put more emphasis on things. The trainees began to have a preliminary cognition on the four colors of personality after taking the novel training featuring illustration of many cases and observance and analysis of various personalities around us. The training was overwhelmed by high spirit and active discussion. Through the training, the participants learned both the advantages and disadvantages of the four personalities and had a deeper understanding of the "Diamond Principle" derived from the analysis, which is, "giving what the other needs most and feel his feelings".
In September, the Park will organize another training program of "MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) Professional Personality Testing and Its Application". By introducing the personality testing tool which is currently most widely used in the world, this training program aims to help employees of companies in the Park know about themselves and give full play to their potential and enable them to communicate successfully with others in the work environment.
Thirty trainees, most of whom are HR staff, of 22 companies including Tieto, DHL, Motorola, etc. participated in the training.
The trainees were divided into groups according to different personalities and they discussed to give a name to their respective group and described their personalities.

There were four groups corresponding to the four colors of personality, which were named "Redism", "Great Hornet", "Blue Smurfs" and "Juicy" respectively. The representative from each group described the personality characteristics of their own group.
