On August 1, 2011, the practical Java training class of Top Institute was opened in the practical training classroom on Floor 2 of Building A3 of the Software Park. This practical training was undertaken by Ultrawise, a member of Chengdu Software Talent Training Association and the trainees were 40 Grade 09 students majoring in computer sciences of the Institute. The aim of the practical training was to enhance the students' professional skills in Java and improve their professionalism. Authentic projects were used as the training cases in the practical training course, and the students were put under the management mode of the company so that they may familiarize themselves with the work environment of the enterprise in an early stage and may find it easier to adapt themselves to the work environment.
